Do you also recruit outside recruitment?
No. Crest only finds people for the recruitment industry: recruiters, consultants, account managers, sourcers and managers at agencies, staffing firms and recruitment departments of companies.
How does payment work?
For recruitment we work with an agreed upfront fee and a placement fee; temporary work and consulting are agreed per assignment. The details are in our terms and conditions and we discuss them in the first conversation.
